造成軸承發(fā)出大的金屬噪音主要原因有異常負(fù)荷、安裝不良、潤(rùn)滑劑不足、不適合等。針對(duì)軸承異常負(fù)荷的對(duì)策：修正配合，研究軸承游隙，調(diào)整預(yù)負(fù)荷，修正外殼擋肩位置。針對(duì)軸承安裝不良的對(duì)策：提高軸、軸承座的加工精度，改善安裝精度、安裝方法。針對(duì)軸承潤(rùn)滑劑不足的對(duì)策：補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑劑，選擇恰當(dāng)?shù)臐?rùn)滑劑。

有時(shí)軸承在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中會(huì)發(fā)生“呲啦-呲啦“的聲音”，斷斷續(xù)續(xù)，并有規(guī)則的發(fā)生，這種就屬于規(guī)則的噪音。造成軸承產(chǎn)生規(guī)則噪音的原因主要有：由于異物滾動(dòng)面產(chǎn)生壓痕、銹、傷痕，(鋼滲碳后)表面變形和滾道面斷裂。
