1、以負載確定直徑。電機性能參數中有輸出扭矩，如果還帶減速器也要算進去（考慮效率），計算一下實際工況中需要多大推力，滾珠絲杠樣本（跟廠家要）有負載參數（即推力參數，一般標示為動負荷和靜負荷，看前者即可），選擇滾珠絲杠的公稱直徑。

1. Determine the diameter according to the load. The output torque is included in the motor performance parameters. If there is a reducer, it should also be included (considering the efficiency). Calculate how much thrust is required in the actual working condition. The ball screw sample (with the manufacturer) has load parameters (i.e. thrust parameters, which are generally marked as dynamic load and static load, just look at the former). Select the nominal diameter of the ball screw.

2、以馬達的直線速度和旋轉速度確定滾珠絲杠導程。電機確定了就知道輸出轉速，考慮一下你需要的直線速度，把電機轉速（如果帶減速器再除以減速比）乘以絲杠導程的值就是直線速度，該值大于需要值即可。

2. The lead of the ball screw is determined by the linear speed and rotation speed of the motor. When the motor is determined, you will know the output speed. Consider the linear speed you need. Multiply the motor speed (if equipped with reducer and then divided by the reduction ratio) by the lead screw lead is the linear speed, which is greater than the required value.

3、以實際需要確定確定滾珠絲杠長度，如果增加了防護，比如護套，需要把護套的伸縮比值考慮進去。

4、以實際需要確定滾珠絲杠精度。一般機械選C7即可，數控機床類選C5的比較多（對應國內標準一般是P5~P4和P4~P3級，具體參看樣本）。

5、以安裝條件和尺寸結構等確定滾珠絲杠螺母形式（螺母有很多結構，不同的螺母結構尺寸略有不同，視情況選擇，建議不要選太特殊的，萬一出點毛病維修換件無門）。

The form of ball screw nut shall be determined according to the installation conditions and size structure (the nut has many structures, and the structural dimensions of different nuts are slightly different. It is recommended not to select too special ones according to the situation. In case of any fault, there is no way to repair and replace them).

6、詢問所選產品廠家的、付款條件和交貨時間。這一點設計人員不要以為就是采購的事，事實上很多廠家（進口國產一個樣）的產品樣本上有的型號它根本就不生產或者不接小額訂單，印上去大概是為了顯示我是大廠，無所不能造。別等你選完了出完圖了其他件按這個型號開始做配件了去購買的時候人家告訴你這個型號交貨期需要3、4個月就完蛋了。

6. Ask about the price, payment terms and delivery time of the selected product manufacturer. Designers should not think that this is a matter of procurement. In fact, some models on the product samples of many manufacturers (one imported and one made in China) do not produce or receive small orders at all. It is probably printed to show that I am a big manufacturer and can't make anything. Don't wait until you finish selecting and drawing other parts and start making accessories according to this model. When you go to buy, people tell you that the delivery date of this model needs 3 or 4 months.

7、選擇確定安裝方式（端部）。這個安裝件可以自己設計，也可以買現成的，有標準安裝座可選。自己設計注意受力狀態，軸承選擇7000系列的，因為絲杠工作時主要受軸向力，徑向受力要盡力避免。

7. Select and determine the installation method (end). This mounting part can be designed by yourself or bought off the shelf. There are standard mounting seats available. Pay attention to the stress state in their own design. 7000 series bearings are selected, because the lead screw mainly receives axial force when working, and radial force should be avoided as much as possible.

8、考慮導向件和安裝能力。和滾珠絲杠配套的導向件選擇滾珠直線導軌，當然直線軸和直線軸承的搭配是相對經濟的選擇。

8. Consider the guide and installation capacity. It is recommended to choose the ball linear guide for the guide supporting the ball screw. Of course, the matching of linear shaft and linear bearing is a relatively economical choice.

9、根據以上已確定條件繪出滾珠絲杠圖紙（主要是端部安裝尺寸，這個要詳細，要提供形位尺寸和公差）。

9. Draw the ball screw drawing according to the above determined conditions (mainly the end installation dimension, which shall be detailed, and the geometric dimension and tolerance shall be provided).
