2、將固定側暫時擰緊到基座上。這時，請將工作臺靠近固定側支撐單元并對準軸，調整工作臺使基能平滑移動。以固定側為基準時，請調整滾珠螺桿螺帽與工作臺或支座內之間保持一定間隙。以工作臺為基準時，用薄墊片調整（角型支撐單元用）、或將螺帽外表面與安裝部內面之間留一定間隙（圓型支撐座用）進行調整。

2. Temporarily tighten the fixed side to the base. At this point, please place the workbench close to the fixed side support unit and align it with the center of the shaft, and adjust the workbench so that the foundation can move smoothly. 3、將工作臺靠近固定側支撐單元，并對準軸，使工作臺往返數次，一直調整到螺帽整個行程都能平滑運動，并暫時將支撐座擰緊在基座上。確認精度及完全擰緊支撐單元用千分表一邊測試滾珠螺桿軸端的擺動及軸向間隙，一邊按順序完全擰緊滾珠螺桿的螺帽、螺帽支座、固定側、支撐側。

3. Place the workbench close to the fixed side support unit and align it with the center of the shaft, allowing the workbench to travel back and forth several times until the entire stroke of the nut can move smoothly, and temporarily tighten the support seat on the base. Confirm the accuracy and fully tighten the support unit. Use a dial indicator to test the swing and axial clearance of the ball screw shaft end while fully tightening the nut, nut support, fixed side, and support side of the ball screw in sequence.

四、與馬達的連接
