主軸機(jī)床主軸指的是機(jī)床帶動(dòng)加工零件或刀具運(yùn)作的軸，主軸是加工機(jī)床的核心結(jié)構(gòu)，大部分加工表面的精度與主軸有關(guān)，主軸在加工過(guò)程中起到關(guān)重要的作用。由于采用調(diào)速電機(jī)，數(shù)控機(jī)床主軸箱的結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單，容易出現(xiàn)故障的零件是主軸內(nèi)部的自動(dòng)夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)和自動(dòng)調(diào)速裝置。

1、主軸發(fā)熱，主軸無(wú)法運(yùn)作或者卡頓現(xiàn)象

1. The spindle is hot, unable to operate or stuck

（1）主軸承載壓力過(guò)大，導(dǎo)致主軸摩擦增大，產(chǎn)熱多，磨損主軸。可減小主軸承載力，減小摩擦。

(1) Excessive bearing pressure on the spindle leads to increased friction, increased heat generation, and wear of the spindle. It can reduce the bearing capacity of the main shaft and reduce friction.

（2）主軸潤(rùn)滑油有雜質(zhì)，雜質(zhì)顆粒增大摩擦，導(dǎo)致主軸產(chǎn)熱過(guò)大?？梢圆潦弥鬏S換潔凈潤(rùn)滑油。

(2) The spindle lubricating oil contains impurities, which increase friction and cause excessive heat production of the spindle. You can wipe the spindle and replace it with clean lubricating oil.

2、主軸開(kāi)啟運(yùn)作后立即停止運(yùn)作

2. Immediately stop the operation after the spindle is turned on

（1）皮帶轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)斷裂或者掛空擋。在機(jī)床運(yùn)作之前檢查，對(duì)久置的機(jī)床定期檢查。

(1) Belt rotation breaks or shifts to neutral. Inspect the machine tool before operation and regularly inspect the machine tool that has been in use for a long time.

（2）接觸不良，檢查電路線(xiàn)頭接觸是否良好。

(2) Poor contact, check if the circuit terminals are in good contact.

（3）主軸電機(jī)短路，查找短路原因，使繼電熱器復(fù)位。

(3) The spindle motor is short circuited. Find the cause of the short circuit and reset the relay heater.

3、主軸強(qiáng)力切削時(shí)停轉(zhuǎn)

3. Spindle stops during heavy cutting

（1）主軸與傳送帶連接過(guò)松，可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)張力。

(1) The connection between the spindle and the conveyor belt is too loose, and the tension can be adjusted.

（2）傳送帶表面有油導(dǎo)致傳送帶過(guò)滑，可以在啟動(dòng)機(jī)床運(yùn)作前檢查擦拭傳送帶，保持整潔。

(2) There is oil on the surface of the conveyor belt, which causes it to become too slippery. You can check and wipe the conveyor belt before starting the machine to keep it clean.

4、主軸工作時(shí)噪聲過(guò)大

4. Excessive noise during spindle operation

（1）主軸內(nèi)部組件松動(dòng)或者位置偏移，可以通過(guò)對(duì)主軸內(nèi)部組件的調(diào)試加測(cè)，重新運(yùn)作。

(1) If the internal components of the spindle are loose or the position is offset, they can be debugged and tested to operate again.

（2）主軸傳動(dòng)齒輪磨損，需要及時(shí)維修、更換，恢復(fù)正常運(yùn)作。

(2) The main shaft drive gear is worn and needs to be repaired and replaced in time to restore normal operation.

5、加工刀具運(yùn)行夾緊以后，無(wú)法松開(kāi)。

5. After the machining tool is clamped, it cannot be released.

（1）液壓缸壓力不夠，可以通過(guò)調(diào)整液壓缸壓力和改變行程開(kāi)關(guān)位置。

(1) If the hydraulic cylinder pressure is insufficient, it can be adjusted by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder pressure and changing the position of the travel switch.

（2）組件彈簧過(guò)緊，可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧松緊，保證主軸正常運(yùn)作。

(2) The component spring is too tight, which can be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the spindle.
