滾珠絲杠的運行速度。合適的運行速度曲線可以提高絲杠的壽命。通常的設置是：勻加速---勻速---勻減速。并且速度是有限制的，這個值是動態的，可以參考DN值，一般情況是速度與長度成反比，與直徑和精度成正比。

The running speed of the ball screw. A suitable operating speed curve can improve the lifespan of the lead screw. The usual settings are: uniform acceleration - uniform speed - uniform deceleration. And the maximum speed is limited, which is dynamic and can refer to the DN value. Generally, the speed is inversely proportional to the length and directly proportional to the diameter and accuracy.

滾珠絲杠的調整。本次調整主要針對螺母調整松緊度（預緊力），不建議用戶自行調整螺母間隙。你可以試試墊圈式（兩個螺母之間有環的那種）可以拆下來量一下環的厚度，然后做一個尺寸一樣但比它厚一點的（取決于螺母的大小，厚度增幅不同，建議在0.05到0.15之間），安裝試試看。

Adjustment of ball screw. This adjustment is mainly aimed at adjusting the tightness (pre tightening force) of the nut, and it is not recommended for users to adjust the nut clearance themselves. You can try the washer type (the type with a ring between two nuts). You can remove it and measure the thickness of the ring, and then make a size that is the same but slightly thicker than it (depending on the size of the nut, the thickness increase varies, it is recommended to be between 0.05 and 0.15). Try installing it.

滾珠絲杠的潤滑。絲杠出廠時已潤滑，短時間內無需添加潤滑脂。一段時間后（視運行條件而定，約3～6個月），用戶需要進行定期潤滑。有脂潤滑和油潤滑兩種。該潤滑脂適用于中低速及常溫場合。潤滑脂可以是鈣基或鋰基的。潤滑油適用于中高速、低溫和高溫場合，可根據工作溫度和轉速選擇合適的粘度。

Lubrication of ball screw. The screw is lubricated when leaving the factory, and there is no need to add lubricating grease for a short period of time. After a period of time (depending on operating conditions, approximately 3-6 months), users need to undergo regular lubrication. There are two types of lubrication: grease lubrication and oil lubrication. This grease is suitable for medium to low speed and room temperature applications. Lubricating grease can be calcium or lithium based. Lubricating oil is suitable for medium to high speed, low temperature, and high temperature applications, and suitable viscosity can be selected based on working temperature and speed.

Cleaning of ball screw. After long-term use, a mixture of metal dust and grease will remain inside the nut. If conditions permit, cleaning can be considered.

滾珠絲杠的檢查。絲杠長期使用后性能下降是不可避免的，但為了防止突然故障，可以多做檢查。主要靠聽和看。當你聽到它時——有咔噠聲嗎？聲音要么是珠子有問題，要么是循環器損壞。再看——觀察絲杠滾道是否有劃痕，特別是經常性劃痕，三觸——冰涼順滑或暖暖滑是沒有問題的。

Inspection of ball screw. It is inevitable that the performance of the lead screw will decrease after long-term use, but in order to prevent sudden malfunctions, more inspections can be conducted. Mainly relying on listening and watching. When you hear it - is there a clicking sound? The sound is either a problem with the beads or a damaged circulator. Looking again - observe if there are scratches on the screw raceway, especially frequent scratches. Three touch - cool and smooth or warm and smooth is no problem.
