6、詢問所選產品廠家的、付款條件和交貨時間。這一點設計人員不要以為就是采購的事，事實上很多廠家（進口國產一個樣）的產品樣本上有的型號它根本就不生產或者不接小額訂單，印上去大概是為了顯示我是大廠，無所不能造。別等你選完了出完圖了其他件按這個型號開始做配件了去購買的時候人家告訴你這個型號交貨期需要3、4個月就完蛋了。

6. Inquire about the price, payment terms, and delivery time of the selected product manufacturer. Designers should not assume that this is just a matter of procurement. In fact, many manufacturers (one sample imported from China) do not produce or accept small orders for certain models on their product samples. Printing them is probably to show that I am a large factory and can make anything. Don't wait until you finish selecting and drawing other parts, and start making accessories based on this model. When you make a purchase, they will tell you that the delivery time for this model will take 3-4 months and it will be over.

7、選擇確定安裝方式（端部）。這個安裝件可以自己設計，也可以買現成的，有標準安裝座可選。自己設計注意受力狀態，軸承好選擇7000系列的，因為絲杠工作時主要受軸向力，徑向受力要盡力避免。

7. Choose to determine the installation method (end). This installation component can be designed by oneself or purchased ready-made, with a standard mounting base available for selection. Design yourself and pay attention to the stress state. It is recommended to choose bearings from the 7000 series, as the screw is mainly subjected to axial force during operation, and radial force should be avoided as much as possible.

8、考慮導向件和安裝能力。和滾珠絲杠配套的導向件選擇滾珠直線導軌，當然直線軸和直線軸承的搭配是相對經濟的選擇。

8. Consider guide components and installation capabilities. It is recommended to choose a ball linear guide rail as the guide component that matches the ball screw. Of course, the combination of linear shaft and linear bearing is a relatively economical choice.

9、根據以上已確定條件繪出滾珠絲杠圖紙（主要是端部安裝尺寸，這個要詳細，要提供形位尺寸和公差）。

9. Draw a drawing of the ball screw based on the determined conditions above (mainly the end installation dimensions, which should be detailed and provide geometric dimensions and tolerances).
