Tutorial for installing screw guide rails

　　一、導(dǎo)軌安裝面行刮研處理。

1、 The installation surface of the guide rail should be scraped and polished first.

　　二、用油石油基面及側(cè)面并清理干凈。

2、 Use oil and oil to clean the base and sides.

　　三、把導(dǎo)軌與基面接觸的導(dǎo)軌面清潔干凈后再進行安放。注意事項:1、導(dǎo)軌輕拿輕放。

3、 Clean the surface of the guide rail in contact with the base surface before placing it. Notes: 1. Handle the guide rail with care.

　　2、導(dǎo)軌應(yīng)與基面的側(cè)面貼緊。

2. The guide rail should be tightly attached to the side of the base surface.

　　3、螺栓擰緊即可。

3. Just tighten the bolts.

　　四、使用光管找導(dǎo)軌的平面度和直線度。

4、 Use a light tube to find the flatness and straightness of the guide rail.

　　注意事項:1、反光鏡要固定在導(dǎo)軌的滑塊上，固定要牢固(用橡皮泥固定)。

Attention: 1. The reflector should be fixed on the slider of the guide rail, and the fixation should be firm (fixed with rubber putty).

　　2、觀察鏡的微調(diào)刻度是一格0.001mm。

2. The fine adjustment scale of the observation mirror is 0.001mm per grid.

　　3、光管與反光鏡要在一條直線上，通過觀察鏡可以看到綠十字線和基線。

3. The light tube and reflector should be in a straight line, and the green cross line and baseline can be seen through the observation mirror.

　　五、校正平面度。

5、 Correct flatness.

　　1)、把觀察鏡調(diào)成與導(dǎo)軌平行的方向。數(shù)值變化為逆時針為負，順時針為正。綠色十字線高于基線說明這點高。綠十字線低于基線說明這點低。

1) Adjust the observation mirror to be parallel to the guide rail. The value changes counterclockwise to negative and clockwise to positive. The green cross line above the baseline indicates a high point. The green cross below the baseline indicates a low point.

　　2)、導(dǎo)軌分段，導(dǎo)軌上面有螺栓孔，兩個螺栓孔之間為一段，這樣導(dǎo)軌就分成幾段。把反光鏡移動到靠近光管的那一段上面，調(diào)整綠十字線和基線重合，刻度調(diào)成0.把這個段作為基準段。

2) The guide rail is divided into several sections, with bolt holes on top of the guide rail and a section between the two bolt holes. Move the reflector to the section closest to the light tube, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, and adjust the scale to 0. Use this section as the reference section.

　　3)、反光鏡移動到下一段，調(diào)整綠十字線和基線重合，看刻度，把數(shù)值記錄下來，依次到一段。

3) Move the reflector to the next section, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, observe the scale, record the values, and proceed to the last section.

　　4)、開始調(diào)整導(dǎo)軌的螺栓，原則是那個點高就緊螺栓，低則松螺栓。5)、重復(fù)以上的調(diào)試過程，直到調(diào)到公差范圍即可(0.003mm)。

4) Start adjusting the bolts of the guide rail. The principle is to tighten the bolts at the high point and loosen the bolts at the low point. 5) Repeat the above debugging process until the tolerance range is reached (0.003mm).

　　6)、如果無法調(diào)整到公差范圍，那個點高，那段位置的基面需要重新刮研。然后再進行調(diào)整，直到完成。

6) If it is not possible to adjust to the tolerance range, the base surface at that point needs to be re scraped. Then make adjustments until completed.

　　六、校正直線度。

6、 Correct straightness.

　　1)、把觀察鏡調(diào)成與導(dǎo)軌垂直。數(shù)值變化為逆時針為正，順時針為負。綠色十字線在基線的右側(cè)說明這點高。綠十字線在基線的左側(cè)說明這點低。

1) Adjust the observation mirror to be perpendicular to the guide rail. The value changes counterclockwise to positive and clockwise to negative. The green cross line on the right side of the baseline indicates a high point. The green cross on the left side of the baseline indicates a low point.

　　2)、把導(dǎo)軌壓塊放入槽中，稍微擰緊即可(力度不能過大)。

2) Place the guide rail pressure block into the slot and tighten it slightly (the force should not be too strong).

　　3)、兩個壓塊之間為一段，這樣把導(dǎo)軌分成若干段。把反光鏡移動到靠近光管的那一段上面，調(diào)整綠十字線和基線重合，刻度調(diào)成0.把這個段作為基準段。

3) The guide rail is divided into several sections by forming a section between two pressure blocks. Move the reflector to the section closest to the light tube, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, and adjust the scale to 0. Use this section as the reference section.

　　4)、反光鏡移動到下一段，調(diào)整綠十字線和基線重合，看刻度，把數(shù)值記錄下來，依次到一段。

4) Move the reflector to the next section, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, observe the scale, record the values, and proceed to the last section.

　　5)、開始調(diào)整壓塊的螺栓，原則是那個點高就緊螺栓，送則松螺栓。6)、重復(fù)以上的調(diào)試過程，直到調(diào)到公差范圍即可(0.003mm)。

5) Start adjusting the bolts of the pressure block. The principle is to tighten the bolts at that point and loosen them when sending. 6) Repeat the above debugging process until the tolerance range is reached (0.003mm).
